• Final payment is due upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Site Access & Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the site for our team and for any site preparation agreed in the quote (e.g. removing existing structures, ensuring stable surfaces). Delays caused by restricted access or incomplete preparation may affect the project timeline and may incur additional charges.

6. Variations

Any changes to the agreed scope of works ("variations") must be requested in writing. Variations may affect the price and timeline and will be confirmed in writing before being carried out.

7. Warranties

Our staircases are manufactured to meet applicable Australian standards. We provide a workmanship warranty as specified in your quote. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Staircases is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our Site or services. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the works performed.
